Neloselta alkaa tätä kirjoittaessani noin 10 minuutin päästä Punch-Drunk Love. Olen nähnyt sen useasti. Kirjoitin siitä aikoinaan pitkän analyysin Imdb:hen, ja joku lähetti privana kehuja siitä. Nyt analyysini on kadonnut. Snif. Vanhassa blogissa oli kuitenkin ylhäällä yksi saamani julkinen kommentti ja myös se (toiselta lukijalta saamani) privaviesti. Julkinen kommentti kuului:"Son of a bitch, nice report! I totally agree! I love the psychological aspect of the character!" Ja privaviesti:

I just wanted to say that your analysis of PDL was absolutely terrific. I don't know if you are interested in this type of thing, and I am assuming you have not done this already, but perhaps you should pursue a degree in Cinema-Television (with the focus on Critical Studies). I attended USC and received my Bachelor's Degree in CS a couple of years ago (though I currently work in digital effects). The vast majority of people in the program have no enthusiasm when it comes to really analyzing films. It's clear after reading your piece of writing that you do. Again, if you haven't pursued writing about films for USC's program, I think you should.
